Other small run Topps sets were issued in the 1970-72 era and, in a nutshell featured contest winners. The set was called "One Year Winners" or something similar. I'll have to find my reference material and post a better description. Topps produced a lot of little sets or single card issues that are not well documented in the 60's and 70's (even 80's) that were not designed for general release.
