Default Mystery of this cup of coffee in the majors....

I know I'm stretching this a bit, but let's face it, we all know that a short stay in the majors is known as a cup of coffee. This one has photographic proof (maybe). I like the following card because it pictures Bob Shawkey. The interesting thing-or things-is the gentleman in the background having a cup of coffee (maybe water, given the water barrell next to him) and apparently holding a sign. I don't believe it is a permanent sign, but who am I to say?

I'd love to know who this anonymous person is who is upstaging Shawkey and what the sign has to say. Serious or other answers welcome.
