For sale: Vintage early 20th cent? Derby CT baseball club ledger.
This is a black, "mini" ledger, about three inches across and eight or so down, (guessing). Black cover, w a pencil in side. It is from a baseball club in Derby, CT. I'm not sure the language, maybe Polish? anyways, about ten pages are written in in nice fountain pen small script, w various expenses for a few days during the year. Interesting are baseball suits at 3.00, base bola's, rule books , bats and more, plus various other expenses:
does have spine splitting and damage, pages intact, but fragile, still a really nice oddball vintage baseball related piece. I tried to do a scan of the title inside first page, and part of one of the ledger pages, if you can read it.
