Very cool piece. Haven't seen it before. If I had to hazard a guess at the boxers I would say Tommy Gibbons on the left and Georges Carpentier on the right.
I had a pair of Tommy & Mike Gibbons endorsed gloves awhile ago. I just have the photos now so I can't tell if they are Goldsmith gloves or not. Maybe you can tell from the markings.
