W.t.s. 1929 ty cobb signed check
Signed on check drawn upon georgia railroad bank augusta, ga. 95% of cobb checks on the market today are from banks in nevada. I have been a cobb collector for over 20 years, and this is the oldest check i have come across. Most are from the late 40's and 50's. This check is just a year or so after his playing days! Check comes double matted with photo of the georgia peach. Price $2500
