I've started using the wooden boxes from aboxfactory.com, which have been great for storing ~100 cards. Their storage trays are also nice for smaller lots of graded cards (~30). The former fit better for my PSA holders than the SGCs, but the latter was great for the SGCs.
(I have no relation to that company, so this isn't a self-serving "plug" for them).
