Default SGC grading question

fairly easy question:

I'm looking to take advantage of the "Wild Card" special that SGC has going on right now...and I know that SGC has a list of cards that require custom inserts and also have different grading scales for "oversized cards".

I did call SGC on Friday and confimed that 1920's Exhibits are eligible for the "Wild Card" special.

Does anyone know if 1928 R315, 1929 Kashin R316, and/or 1937 Goudey "Wide Pen" Premiums would be eligible?

In other words, these aren't considered "oversized" or "custom insterts", are they?

Thanks in advance, Derek
