I would like to add that an extensive knowledge of baseball doesnt mean dick in relationship to cards......lots of armchair collectors that just don't get it. I for one really don't care for the modern game of baseball, i just like the cards.. I also think a history of childhood collecting sets a strong foundation for a future expert.
