Here is a scan of Jack's in person signature that I got at the US Senior Open at Inverness in 2003. Jack got nudged a bit when he was signing the "J" in Jack, so the bottom part is a little wavy. I had him laughing while he was signing, even though he played horribly. BTW, I have gotten Jack's signature a number of times through the years, under a variety of settings and circumstances...
