Thanks Carlton. You have a keen eye; it is indeed a Canadian sign (Hartnett, if i recall correctly) Unfortunately, a previous owner neatly trimmed the edges. I have seen one other, in which the AH advised their copy was the only one extant.
As for a better image, it will take a bit. The piece is on the second floor and at present, I am landlocked on the first floor in post-surgery from a torn quadricep, courtesy of a car door into my bike last week.
