Oldest living Red Sox player is Lou Lucier, pitcher for the 1943-44 team
Bobby Doerr is just 15 days younger than him and no one still living played at Fenway earlier than Doerr
Connie Marrero is the only living player older than Fenway, he was born 4/25/1911
Jamie Moyer did not pitch the Fenway opener
