Yup, excellent advice.
You will see another one at some point that you like much more. The combination of the crammed in/hurried autograph, cut off ink portion, weirdly shaped cut and and lined paper all serve to make it very "busy" and unattractive. The PSA grade of 8 is truly meaningless.
Be patient and a nice clean one will come your way.
