I'm not an expert, but I can offer some knowledge and opinions.

1963 Topps, as far as I've seen, is not necessarily known to have rough edges,
so I don't think the smooth edges on this card are an issue. SGC is not known
to grade sheet-cut cards, and their reputation is well documented on this forum.

This card, and its previous sales, have been discussed in a few threads before, and
you might be able to learn a bit more about this card with some searching of past
topics. I believe the lone PSA 10 sold for $80K a few years back, and was known
at that time to reside in the Dmitri Young collection. I do not recall a scan of that
PSA 10 ever being posted online.

It will be interesting to see where this SGC 98 ends this time. The current eBay
seller likely is consigning the card for the owner. For the record, and as many
probably know, this seller (prewarcardcollector) is absolutely top-notch with scans,
descriptions, and customer service. One of the few eBay sellers that still runs
actual auctions (sigh).
