Some of those promotional photos can be very tough and seldom seen, often most people have never even heard of them.
I found this photo doing a griese search. Not sure if it is tough, but a neat oddball that appears to have been given out in association with mda. Possibly a prize for a donation?
Then there is this...i remember these counter displays from when i was a kid. Would love to have one.
