I just sent an E98 HOFer express mail overnight (customer's request) through USPS and it took 3 days. I hate the worry although the buyer was great and USPS refunded the money I spent for shipment.
On bigger card orders and when using SGC I always use USPS registered mail and sleep safely. GAI is still using UPS and because of past problems I keep a close eye on the package and track each day.
Registered mail is the best choice.
