If you are buying a Base PSA 10 then have at it.
If you think there are PSA 10's waiting for you in the gajillion unopened cases, be careful. PSA has gotten very stingy about junk PSA 10's especially as of late. You might spend a lot of coin going that route and not gotten your 10.
The original question is a hard call.
Depends on the card for me.
The Bonds above I think I would take the Tiffany version.
