Ty Cobb signed baseball is it real or fake?
I've got another ball from a deceased family member's collection that I would appreciate some opinions on its authenticity. Tell me the good or bad news! Even if it's obvious. I'm new to this and need to confirm my suspicions on whether the balls in the collection are fake or worth getting appraised. If there are obvious fakes to the experienced eye then I will not invest any more time into them. I think a small amount out of the whole lot of balls are authentic. Thanks! Appreciate the help.
In addition to the "Ty Cobb" ball, there is also a "Cindy Cobb, granddaughter of Ty Cobb" signed ball... Is this just sort of a novelty thing? I can't see there being much value in her autograph.
