Personally, I would have walked away from the PSA table if I had the experience that you talked about, the 12% increase in price that might be there, be damned. All this does is help a poorly run company continue operate as a poorly run company. At a minimum, I would have looking for this guys supervisor, or someone to contact. A company like that doesn't deserve your business.
