Sorry to hear your Morant card missing through USPS. I too recently had a insured card stolen thorough the USPS system going to Pa. I filed a insurance claim which is under the review phase. I attached a picture of the insured signature required priority box returned to me obvious being intentionally ripped open on one end. The Ebay buyer was contacted by the Post Office because the box appeared to be opened and to pickup there, The box was empty so he refused to accept. PM me if you also applied a insurance claim. In the future with a higher value card I will either send overnight or registered mail per suggestions from other N54 members.
