Before I realized the pennant was for the Milwaukee Braves, I actually though it was older (e.g. 1920s).

Kyle, you're explanation about the Braves fever of 1952 seems plausible to me. I wonder if they used old stock to make the pennants or if they still used that design for other pennants in the 1950s. I'd love to come across a product catalog from Eder from the 1950s.
