BTW, I checked with my friend in Canada and the person that made these for us, no longer does custom work like this.
I would tell you that the person that would make this for you will need
inner box dimensions. Essentially the sale size as your individual Transogram box and add 1/4" on all sides to allow for a bit of space.
Good luck on finding your acrylic guy if you go this route. The end result is worth it in my opinion.
