The set is called Great American Pastime and were printed by MVP Collectibles in 1992. The cards are a slightly smaller than regular cards, about 2 x 3 1/2. The quality is pretty good and no logos are airbrushed, so was this set licensed?? I've seen a few others listed on eBay and they are were HOFers.
I have a couple other cards from 1992, that reference MVP, but not sure if they are related to the same company or not

I don't think I've seen these before; very nice. From the scan it looks like they are well done.
