It's hard to make an overall artistic display with cards. The work has already been done and you can put them side to side or whatever and YOU haven't done much. With memorabilia it's an opportunity to create a feeling, make a picture for the mind or soul, cast your vision onto some thing or the aggregate whole. Additionally it doesn't preclude one from incorporating cards into the display. Card people tend to have a more narrow focus.....
