It "may" be good, but frankly I would PAAS.
Can't imagine it is that hard of an autograph jersey to obtain? I would stick to the big 2 or even take a Beckett opinion. If he collects autographs, depending on the level of his special needs, He may find it interesting to learn the signature on his own. Maybe even pick-up one that is unauthenticated that way after putting in some work. That can be half the fun for an autograph collector.
