I think people are more sensitive to thinking about/avoiding cold/flu symptoms, etc and may be wearing masks more for this reason. Is that why I see people driving alone in a vehicle with it on? They must have forgot to take it off.
I think people washing their hands, airlines diligence in wiping down areas, and hepafilters may help reduce transmission of germs, but there isnt any science to prove a correlation. It MUST be that the vax works AND the strain is weaker. Yea that's it!
