It was an amazing day at the ballpark. Bobby Murcer hit four homers in the doubleheader, someone heaved a huge firecracker that landed next to Ray Fosse behind the plate and it scared the hell out of everyone, especially Fosse, and Vada Pinson took exception to Stan Bahnsen's tag at home plate and they squared off and threw punches.
