In conjunction with my newly-released book on postwar regional / food issues, NEVER CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN, as part of the last chapter, with the major help of a computer graphic artist, who is also a professional photographer and an artist in her own right, we created with all the love and tender loving care possible, fantasy 1954 Wilson Franks cards of Jackie Robinson and Mickey Mantle. Two poses each---to fantasize the thought of a rare variation pose. I had so much fun, and they turned out just beautifully!!!!
I would post photos, but I'm reserving the images for the eyes of those who purchase my book.
They're stunning. I am so happy with them, and treasure them just as the real McCoy, though their value is small, dollar-wise.
