Default Highly questionable

So under "condition" he writes:

“This Topps printing plate came from the Mr Mint Alan Rosen estate sale . I was a good friend to Al . Al had this plate for years from the Topps Company in Brooklyn .Al was the master in finding rare Topps items. This plate is tin metal and its in excellent condition, blank on the back.”

Then in the listing he writes:

"This printing plate is from the Mr Mint Alan Rosen .I will combine shipping on all items."

Anyone else know about or confirm a "Mr. Mint Estate sale"? His grammatical skills could be better.

That said as far as I knew (I DID NOT know Alan well) Alan was about turnover - he never kept anything?

The only thing that gives me pause is the fact that the seller is on Ebay since 1998 with almost 15K feedback.

I am actively buying and selling vintage sports cards graded and raw. Feedback as a buyer: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=297262

I am accepting select private consignments of quality vintage cards (raw or graded) and collecting "want" lists for higher end ($1K+) vintage cards.
