The significance of this may be lost on many collectors, but if you're among my errors and variations brethren, you might understand how excited I am to
SCORE this southpaw (get it?)!! Sure, Herb Score is in all of our hearts due to his majestic appearance on the cover of (some versions of) "The Great American Baseball Card Flipping, Trading and Bubble Gum" book, but talk about low POP...

There are only three total PSA 9 1962 Topps #116 Herb Score Green Tints in existence. Two are straight 9's, and then this one with the qualifier. That's it. (It's important to note that PSA didn't always put 'Green Tint' on the labels, so the POP is often off because GT's are hidden among the 'regular' graded cards. However, with Mr. Score, there are only three conventional 9's listed - two straight 9's and one with a qualifier - so that doesn't come into play.) Coming from New York, I don't give a darn about a tiny bit of snow on my cards (And come on, PSA. Print defect??? Where??!!), especially if I can get a beautiful, sharp cornered card at a fraction of the cost!!
