Also working on a Hall of Fame project myself. I categorize my targets as "playing/involvement days", as obviously there are umpires, managers, executives, etc. I'm at 235/333, but did sell ~50 Hall of Famers last year due to financial reasons. Such a fun project that is best tackled with the mindset of it being a lifetime project.
