For Sale or Trade: I have 2 extra 1975 Japan NST cards of Brooks required for the PSA Master. The one in civilian clothes (#59) has a population of 7. The one in uniform (#62) has a population of 5. These are very hard to find. If interested, I would sell them both at a reduced cost. I had 4 (2 each) graded and paid a good amount for each.
