warshawlawAll that happens is that your business practices get held up for scrutiny as a basis for a defense. Every disgruntled customer and employee becomes a witness against you. As a plaintiff, you really have to consider whether a pissant dispute hurts your business sufficiently to force you to war. Frankly, the publicist who said that good or bad publicity were the same as long as they spelled your name right had the idea. I doubt that Hager would lose business over the long haul if he'd just left things alone. After all, as much as we bitch and whine about certain dealers and graders, they still stay in business.
