I bid and won two cards from him. I received a notice from ebay not to finish the deal. So I E-mailed him. He told me that he didn't get delivery confirmation on 4-5 auctions and because he has PayPal, they stopped his auctions.

I did send my money and he sent me my cards extremely fast. I have no problems dealing with him again.
