The three week guaranteed service and better than that seem to be getting done quickly, on or around the due dates, from what I'm seeing. Update: some people are saying theirs are way behind as well.
The three week submissions for "current year" cards are taking double or triple the time they estimate.
Shipping is still pretty backlogged, and it might not be until December until it clears up with all the new people they've hired getting trained and set off to clear the backlog.
