Babe Ruth Baseball org is the parent of Cal Ripken Baseball and Softball which roll up to it. Regional Cal Ripken leagues in each State charter baseball and/or softball teams ages 6-12 through Babe Ruth Baseball org. Not sure of value of that pennant, but the org may be interested in it as they have some memorabilia at their HQ (like All-Star lineup cards of MLB players from when they played Cal Ripken as a kid).
