Joseph Tijero, was a Top Prospect and top 50th nor cal player coming out of De Anza High School. Highly recruited by several major league teams. Looks like a fake page. Maybe he's scamming people into thinking he's an ex-pro ballplayer to, by planting web pages. Not the first time it's happened.
