So why is there a PSA 1 MK grade? I've seen them before. They can give an unqualified "1" and ignore the mark if the card is nice enough? Okay, whatever.

To answer your question, get it graded as a PSA 3 MK. SGC is a good option too, but it will likely come back as an SGC 20 (Fair 1.5).
