I'm not completely sure I understand the question. I'm assuming you're limiting it to the Topps era. The 1962-1966 Giants had 5 HOFers each year, all with Topps cards for the Giants (if you excuse the '63 Perry multi-rookie card): Mays, Cepeda, McCovey, Marichal and Perry. The '71 Cubs had 5 Topps: Williams, Banks, Santo, Jenkins and Wilhelm, even though Hoyt never pitched for them that year.
