According to the 2011 Standard Catalog, they say the following:
67 OPC set has "corrected versions of the checklist and McCormick card".
68 OPC set has "only the 'b' versions of the checklists and name-color variations"
69 OPC set has "only the later-printed 'b' versions of the variation cards"
They don't mention variations for any other sets in your date range.
