DavidMy opinion, is that any dealings with fakes should be overt and honest. In any of these cases, the straightforeward facts are your ally ('The card is a fake and should be removed or description changed'). I don't know the facts with Frank, but eBay may have had trouble with his apprach or words ('darn' and 'shucks' and stuff like that) rather than that he was notifying that something was a fake. However, if eBay was punishing Frank for notifying sellers/bidders about a fake card (which it definitely was/is), there is something wrong. Frankly (pun intended), eBay should be paying Frank for policing the auctions.
