By the way did Nash tell you that his brother in law David Dinallo lost the lawsuit you were trying to help by writing that affidavit? The Dinallo’s agreed to settle and pay Lifson $50,000 right before the trial was about to start. Peter Nash real smart move to cheat Lifson out of his money. You should have used that $166,200 to pay back Lifson, think about Nash, you would have paid Lifson off by now. Your foolishness in stonewalling Lifson and hiding money and memorabilia has cost Lifson huge legal fees which you will have to pay for after Lifson make a motion to the court.

Peter Nash I was told that your brother in law bounced a $5,000 settlement payment, not a smart move on Dinallo’s part especially being a retired attorney he know that bouncing a check is a crime. I read an article that Dinallo file criminal charges on a bar owner that bounced a check on him up state NY, see link below:

John Rogers where is the Radbourn silver Providence 1880’s trophy baseball that Nash gave you? What business deal were you trying to work it into? Did you know that Nash has been Court Ordered to turn that silver baseball over to Lifson so it can be sold?

I will be creating a new thread on "Net 54 Forum Home Page" later on today. It will be called "Peter Nash where are the items you stole from me!". I'm hoping the memorabilia collecting community can help locate them, since Peter Nash has failed to obey the Court Order in returning the stolen items to me and my wife. Thank you for your concern.

Best regards,
