One of my favorite objects of mantle I own. And funnily one of the cheapest you can get. Love the atmosphere this photo gives off. Would've loved to get a burger and eat on one of Mick's baseball tables.
But just as cool as the decor, is the story the back tells.
Strong rain and the spotting of several tornadoes caused these travellers to head to Joplin and take shelter at Mick's holiday inn.
Unfortunately I don't think they were there for the Mick!
Would love to hear a story or two if anyone has stayed there in the past of how it was.
