I just received my 1st Neg. Feedback (in over 900 Ebay transactions) from
a jerk who was charging me $12 for shipping me the 8 - RAW cards I won from
him for $43. I refused to pay him unless he reduced his fee.

So, I retaliated with a Neg. "hit" on him. That must of made him madder,
as he then filed a Non-Payer STRIKE against me. So,I appealed this Strike
with Ebay. And, I must of I presented my case quite strongly, as Ebay then
retracted the Strike from my record and informed the seller of this.

This jerk sells out of Washington state, avoid him.
