The Double-header tests were Yankees one side/Mets the other? I've seen the 1990 Matting Double-header, but haven't pulled the trigger on on yet.

There is a 1989 and 1990 Double-Header which was mass produced. They should cost a couple dollars. In practice the 1989 Double-Header is indistinguishable from the Mets/Yankees Double-Header so you can probably cross that off your list. The 1988 however is unique to the test issue.
