Leonard Coleman was the NL president from 1994-1999. That may help narrow it down. It seems pretty clear that the top autograph begins with a "K." Here's a list of players through the years whose first name starts with that letter (I don't know if it's complete). To me, the last name looks as though it starts with an "F." I was thinking maybe Keith Foulke, as he was with the Giants in '97. But that doesn't seem to be a match. Anyway, here's the list, and maybe you can find something for that top signature:
