I have never heard of Bill Dully and I see why by looking at the resume. 22 years of SHINY STUFF. I wish him and the GAI team well but this all reeks of shiny stuff. Not my interest. Why not higher a veteran that knows pre-war? One that could actually identify any issue that came in blindly. I guess that doesn't make sense.
