Pages from the Police Gazette?
If I had to guess the images in the 2nd photo may be pages of images found in Police Gazettes. Pages look much smaller than the M101-2.
I have never seen a true premium with that catcher pose that may be Bresnahan, so it's more likely a photo with captions below in the Police Gazettes.
