In-person certainly helps. I distinctly remember seeing my T205 Cobby for the first time. Brian Dec had just got it graded and we were both set up at the now defunct Oaks Show. I had been waiting for one for literally years that had the right characteristics. It had to be well centered, have the "pop" effect and not have much gold border missing. And it also had to be priced right. I had no cash but he and I did a trade for it. Until I actually did the deal I couldn't take my mind off of it. (I think I am obsessed

Fortunately it was in an SGC 5.5 holder and I got it bumped to a 6 on review. The grade didn't matter that much but if/when I go to sell it, it will help the price some.
