Scott Elkinse-mail the seller with an OUTRAGEOUS offer - an offer that you might not even be willing to pay! This works all the time, as the seller then realizes that he sold the card too cheaply to the person who made a deal outside of eBay. The seller usually cancels that deal, since it is not binding and relists the card thinking he/she can get even more than your outrageous offer for it!!!!!
