Assuming no creases or wrinkles... I think your Bench would surely get a "6" in the "good old days".
But a this point in time, I wouldn't even submit the card, as they'll probably give it a 4 or 5. Perhaps this is PSA's over-reaction to the massive alteration revelations. Or maybe it's tied to their new management. Regardless, it's definitely happening and they are currently grading 1 -2 points tougher than just a couple years ago.
